ZOYMY, operated by ZOYMY INC, provides a clear and secure checkout experience.

Currency

Prices and charges on the ZOYMY store are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Available methods can vary by device, location, order, and payment provider. The methods shown at checkout control for that transaction.

Secure Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers using encrypted connections. ZOYMY does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Authorization and Order Confirmation

A payment authorization or pending charge does not by itself confirm acceptance of an order. An order is confirmed when ZOYMY sends an order-confirmation email. We may contact you if a payment requires verification or is declined.

Prices, Shipping, and Taxes

The product price, free standard shipping charge of $0.00, and any applicable sales tax are shown before payment is completed. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method whenever possible. Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility, inspection, and timing details.

Payment Problems

If checkout does not accept a payment, verify your billing details and contact the card issuer or payment provider. Never send a complete card number, security code, or online-banking password to ZOYMY by email or through the contact form.
