These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZOYMY website and purchases from ZOYMY INC. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Store Use
You must use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping account and payment details secure.
2. Products and Information
We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, colors, and images accurately. Lighting, screen settings, photography, handcrafted details, and natural materials may create reasonable variations. Product availability may change without notice.
3. Orders, Prices, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Promotions, availability, and prices may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item. Applicable taxes are calculated as required at checkout.
4. Payment
You authorize ZOYMY and the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. We may request reasonable verification before processing or shipping an order. Please also review our Payment Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, free-shipping eligibility, processing times, tracking, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Changes
Return eligibility, return shipping, exchanges, refund timing, and exclusions are governed by our Refund Policy. Requests to change or cancel an order are effective only after written confirmation from ZOYMY. Orders already shipped must follow the return process.
7. Installation and Safety
Hardwired lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the product instructions and applicable electrical and building codes. Before installation, confirm voltage, wiring, dimmer compatibility, junction-box suitability, structural support, ceiling capacity, moisture rating, and all dimensions. Do not install or energize a damaged, incomplete, or apparently unsafe product.
8. Intellectual Property
ZOYMY website content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, and layouts are owned by or licensed to ZOYMY INC and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
9. Warranty and Product Support
Product support and any warranty coverage are governed by our Warranty & Product Support Policy and any written warranty shown on a product page or included with the product.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOYMY is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delays, improper installation, or misuse. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
