These Terms of Service govern your use of zoymy.com and purchases from ZOYMY. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If a material error affects a paid order, we will contact you or cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for product unavailability, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

We offer free standard shipping for orders delivered within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, including its 30-day return window, condition requirements, authorization process, return-shipping rules, and refund timing. Do not send an item to our business address unless we first provide written return instructions.

Some lighting and furniture products require assembly or professional installation. Follow all product instructions, warnings, electrical ratings, and applicable building and electrical codes. Use a qualified professional when required by the product or local law. Do not use a product in a manner inconsistent with its specifications.
